ATTN: KINDLE VELLA READERS

Amazon is shutting down Kindle Vella (I hear a dragon laid claim to their server room and there’s nothing to be done… 😭) The existing chapters will be available to unlock & read until February 2025 with your current tokens. Amazon is not allowing any more chapters to be uploaded, so I’ve posted the last few of Banshees & Boba for FREE to Snarkster Central (scroll all the way down on Snarkster Central to find the stories!), my Patreon equivalent. You’ll just need to create a free login to read.

All my stories are already posted in Snarkster Central, which also has bonus short stories, mailed goodies, & more. Moving forward I’ll also be uploading my stories to other serial platforms (TBD), which I’ll announce here and on Instagram/Facebook when ready. And of course they’ll always release as full books when each story arc is finished.

P.S. the Banshees & Boba ebook is live! Links below.

Midlife magic + gilmore girls vibes

Banshees & Boba

I’m Gemma: witch and single mom to a twelve-year-old sass bucket. When my corporate job gives me the heave-ho, I decide it’s time to try something new.

Dragon manicurist? Golem artificer? How about monster-fighting mercenary? Have sword, will vanquish.

Only my new job isn’t quite what I was expecting it to be… I’m too young for a midlife crisis—aren’t I?

urban fantasy hijinks + zero romance

Sigils & Sushi

I suck at being a witch, but make up for it with style—if you don’t believe me, ask my demon roommates. I check in rental cars for supernatural customers leaving town, so I score whatever they ditch before they get on a plane home—and lemme tell you, they leave some weird stuff behind.

Weird enough that sometimes it’s a toss-up if it’ll help pay the bills, or cause the next best thing to an apocalypse.

I really don’t want to start an apocalypse, but I gotta eat. What’s a girl to do?

teeming dark: witches book one

A Wreck of Witches

When you’re a witch juggling a sentient house and a magical plant nursery, you already think life is about as crazy as it can get.

But scary things start happening in my mundane neighborhood when my friend goes missing. It’s up to me and my ragtag group of witches—oh, and the ghost dogs—to get things under control before the Unawares figure out magic’s real.

about the author

Nia Quinn

Nia grew up devouring fantasy about powerful girls with magic and swords, humor and kindness (and let’s be honest, that’s still the majority of what she reads… and writes…) Despite wanting a sword for over twenty years, she still somehow doesn’t have one—clearly an oversight that needs to be addressed, stat. Someone find her a sword catalog.

She spends her time reading, writing, and chasing after every fuzzy animal that will allow her to pet it, and will hurl any book where the dog dies across the room with righteous fury. And then possibly burn it. And toast marshmallows over it. And make s’mores.

Delicious.

When she’s not enjoying s’mores, you can find her worshipping the sun, geeking out over a game, or frantically scribbling down a conversation between two characters in her head. (Yes, she is crazy, but she doesn’t mind.)
